SFM4200 is a pressure-resistant digital mass flow meter developed by Sensirion for air, oxygen and non-aggressive gases. Reliable measurement at pressures up to 8 bar allows the device to be placed on the high-pressure side of gas mixing systems. It offers 0.5 ms signal processing time, an I²C interface and internal linearisation / temperature compensation.
