Sensirion SHT40-AD1B: digital I²C humidity and temperature sensor with ±1.8% RH / ±0.2 °C accuracy, 1.08–3.6 V supply and a 1.5 × 1.5 mm DFN package.
SHT40-AD1B is a digital sensor from Sensirion’s fourth-generation SHT4x family that measures humidity and temperature on a single chip. Its completely redesigned CMOSens® chip, lower power consumption, wide 1.08–3.6 V supply range and DFN package of only 1.5 × 1.5 mm make it ideal for battery-powered and compact designs. Its integrated heater helps maintain performance in high-humidity environments.
