SFM3400 is a proximal flow sensor developed by Sensirion for neonatal and paediatric respiratory applications. It measures bidirectional flow up to ±33 slm with high precision, and its dead space below 1 ml makes it suitable for measurements on small patients. It is available as the single-use SFM3400-D and the reusable (autoclavable / washable) SFM3400-AW.
Key features
- Designed for neonatal and paediatric applications
- Bidirectional flow measurement: ±33 slm
- Fully calibrated, no recalibration needed
- Very fast update time (0.5 ms)
- Very low dead space (< 1 ml)
- Single-use (D) and reusable (AW) versions
