SHT4x Series
SHT4x Series Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors
The SHT4x series is Sensirion’s fourth-generation family of digital humidity and temperature sensors. It consists of the SHT40, SHT41, SHT43 and SHT45, which share the same mechanical design and communication protocol and differ in accuracy class. Designers can therefore keep the same PCB layout and choose the performance level they need.
CMOSens® technology
The humidity sensing element, temperature sensor, analog signal processing, A/D converter, calibration memory and digital I²C interface are integrated on a single CMOS chip. Each sensor is fully calibrated at the factory and no external calibration is required.
