EN25F80-100HCP is an 8 Mbit (1 MB) SPI-compatible serial Flash memory IC made by Eon Silicon Solution (EON). Its uniform 4 KB sector structure lets any part of the memory be erased separately. It is used to store firmware, configuration and calibration data and is a popular spare part for repairing TVs, monitors, set-top boxes and control boards.
Key features
- 8 Mbit (1 MB) serial Flash memory
- SPI (Mode 0 and 3), clock up to 100 MHz
- 2.7–3.6 V single supply
