CD4094BE is an 8-stage shift-and-store bus register from Texas Instruments’ CD4000 CMOS family. It shifts serially entered data, transfers it to a storage register with the STROBE signal and outputs it on 8 parallel 3-state outputs. Several ICs can be cascaded through the serial outputs. Its DIP-16 package is suitable for through-hole mounting.
Key features
- 8-bit serial input, latched parallel output
- 3-state parallel outputs, OUTPUT ENABLE control
- Two serial outputs for cascading (QS, Q’S)
- Wide supply range: 3–18 V
- -55 … +125 °C operating temperature
- DIP-16 through-hole package
