SFM3200 is a digital mass flow sensor designed by Sensirion especially for inspiratory flow measurement. Its wide dynamic range up to 250 slm, high accuracy at low flows and very low pressure drop make it stand out in medical ventilation and respiratory applications. The signal is internally linearised and temperature compensated, and an autoclavable SFM3200-AW version is also available.
Key features
- -100 … +250 slm bidirectional measurement
