SHT3x Series

The Sensirion SHT3x series consists of factory calibrated humidity and temperature sensors with I²C digital output. The series includes the cost-effective SHT30, the standard SHT31 and the high-accuracy SHT35. All models come in a 2.5 × 2.5 × 0.9 mm DFN package. Models with a filter membrane end in -F, models without a filter end in -B.

• Typical humidity accuracy is ±2% RH for SHT30 and SHT31 and ±1.5% RH for SHT35.
• Typical temperature accuracy is ±0.2 °C for SHT30 and SHT31 and ±0.1 °C for SHT35.
• The sensors operate from -40 to +125 °C and measure from 0 to 100% RH.
• Two selectable I²C addresses, a programmable alert output and an integrated heater.
