SFM3300 is a digital mass flow sensor developed by Sensirion for proximal flow measurement in respiratory devices. It measures bidirectional flow up to ±250 slm and is fully calibrated for air and O₂. It comes in two versions, the autoclavable / washable SFM3300-AW and the single-use SFM3300-D. Its standard medical cone connectors and low dead space make it suitable for ventilation and anaesthesia applications.
Key features
- Bidirectional flow measurement: ±250 slm
- Fully calibrated for air and O₂
- Very fast update time (0.5 ms)
- Low dead space (< 10 ml)
- Autoclavable (SFM3300-AW) or single-use (SFM3300-D) version
- Standard medical cone connectors for breathing circuits
