PIC18F4520-I/P is an 8-bit microcontroller with nanoWatt technology from Microchip’s PIC18 family in a 40-pin PDIP package. With 32 KB Flash program memory, a 10-bit ADC, MSSP (SPI / I²C) and EUSART modules it is widely used in industrial control, measurement and education projects. Its through-hole package makes prototyping easy on breadboards and perfboards.
Key features
- 32 KB Flash, 1,536 bytes RAM, 256 bytes EEPROM
- Operation up to 40 MHz (10 MIPS)
- 13-channel 10-bit ADC, 2 analog comparators
- MSSP (SPI / I²C) and EUSART communication modules
- PWM via CCP / ECCP, 4 timers
- Internal oscillator, watchdog, brown-out reset, low-power modes
