SHTC3 is a digital sensor made with Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology that measures relative humidity and temperature on a single chip. Its 2 × 2 mm DFN package, 1.62–3.6 V supply range and very low energy consumption make it ideal for battery-powered, portable and wireless devices. It is the improved successor of the SHTC1.
Key features
- Typical ±2% RH humidity and ±0.2 °C temperature accuracy
- Wide supply range: 1.62–3.6 V
- Average 0.5 µA at 1 measurement per second in low-power mode
- Factory calibrated, linearised digital I²C output
- Very small 2 × 2 × 0.75 mm DFN package, suitable for standard SMD assembly
