SHTC1 is a digital humidity and temperature sensor developed by Sensirion for high-volume consumer electronics applications. A capacitive humidity sensor, temperature sensor, signal processing, calibration memory and I²C interface are combined on a single CMOSens® chip. It fits 1.8 V systems directly.
Key features
- Typical ±3% RH humidity and ±0.3 °C temperature accuracy
- 1.8 V nominal supply (1.62–1.98 V)
- Very low energy consumption per measurement
- Factory calibrated digital I²C output
- 2 × 2 mm DFN package, tape and reel for SMD assembly
