Sensirion SHT21: digital humidity and temperature sensor with ±2% RH / ±0.3 °C accuracy, 3 × 3 mm DFN package and I²C output.
SHT21 is a digital humidity and temperature sensor made with Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology. A capacitive humidity sensor and a band-gap temperature sensor, signal processing and calibration memory are combined on a single chip. With its 3 × 3 mm DFN package and I²C interface it is used reliably in existing SHT2x-based designs.
