Sensirion SHT3x series (SHT30, SHT31, SHT35): factory calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensors with I²C output in a 2.5 × 2.5 mm DFN package.
The Sensirion SHT3x series is the successor of the SHT2x and has become an industry-standard family of digital humidity and temperature sensors. The series includes the cost-effective SHT30, the standard SHT31 and the high-accuracy SHT35. All are made with CMOSens® technology, factory calibrated and provide a digital I²C output in a 2.5 × 2.5 mm DFN package. We can help you choose the right model and the filtered (-F) or unfiltered (-B) version for your needs.
